Millennium Hotel Ramallah, one of the Millennium chain hotels in the world and the only 5-star International hotel in  Palestine, is soliciting qualified candidates to fill 

HOUSEKEEPING TEAM MEMBERS

Main Responsibilities:

• Stock housekeeping cart with necessary linen, terry, tools, products and supplies and plan your day efficiently.
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be friendly and love customer service. 
• To be patient and diplomatic when dealing with complaints.
• High school diploma preferred or equivalency.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper;
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of English language.
• Must have scheduling flexibility and can work any shift during the week including weekends and holidays.
