Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the English curriculum across grade levels.
  • Support and mentor English teachers through lesson planning, classroom observation, and professional development.
  • Promote innovative teaching strategies that support language acquisition and literacy.
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate English-related events, competitions, and literacy initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of five years of teaching experience, with proven leadership in curriculum development or academic coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fostering a love of language and literature among students.
