Role Overview
As Aknaz’s dedicated Direct Sales Agent based in our Ramallah branch, you will spearhead revenue growth by driving direct client acquisition and managing the complete sales lifecycle. Your focus includes proactive lead generation through cold calling, in-person outreach, and digital campaigns; converting qualified prospects into customers; and maintaining a high-converting sales pipeline. You will leverage CRM tools to track opportunities, deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently, while consistently achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Generate Leads: Conduct targeted outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking to build and qualify a robust pipeline of mortgage and banking prospects.

Client Qualification: Rapidly assess client needs via discovery calls and meetings, matching them with tailored Aknaz financing solutions.

Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems to organize leads, monitor opportunity stages, schedule follow-ups, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Deal Closure: Drive negotiations, address client objections, and secure signed loan applications to achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Relationship Cultivation: Maintain ongoing engagement with clients for upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals to fuel repeat and new business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriting, credit, and marketing teams to ensure seamless processing and enhance product positioning.

Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze conversion metrics, and refine sales strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking or financial services (retail lending or mortgages preferred)

Language: Native or fluent English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication

Professionalism: Presentable, confident, and comfortable appearing in promotional media

Skills: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
