Job Responsibilities
We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant with a strong background in:
• operational Support: Assist with customer inquiries, Coordinate, and follow up with insurance companies, follow up on daily operation duties.
• Document Management: Organize, update, and maintain accurate records, contracts, and lease agreements.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Enter data related to leases, customer information, and payments into our system. Prepare regular reports as needed.
• General Office Duties: Support the office with tasks as needed.
