Job Title: TR 021: Recruitment officer
Location: Beit Jala, Palestine

Transcend is in search for a serious, dynamic and dedicated Recruitment officer.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Coordinate the new staff selection and recruitment process in a timely and efficient manner.
-Build and sustain a solid pipeline of new recruitment candidates.
-Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Research and develop recruiting leads
-Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
-Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the administrative team
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
-Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
-Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
-Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
-Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
-Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
-B.A. in Business Administration or other relevant field
-Minimum of four years recruitment of experience.
-professional, adaptable and organized team player
-assertive and credible and will have the ability to influence, guide and support managers
-customer focused and have a passion for people
-Ability to communicate fluency in Arabic and English.
-Computer literate (MS Office) in English and Arabic.
