-Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, carries out and supports the procurement functions and processes including preparation of Request for Quotations “RFQs”, Invitation to Bids “ITBs” or Request for proposals “RFPs”, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals and their analysis.
-Ensures tracking of all procurement processes up to delivery, acceptance and payment, and follows up with requesting Divisions on their procurement requisitions, ensuring that all requirements are met.
-Prepares reports and routine correspondence on procurement subject-matters.
-Regularly updates all procurement monitoring sheets as needed.
-Maintains and updates the records of the inventory items and ensures that the inventory items are properly recorded.
-Maintains the updates of the suppliers and vendors database.
-Maintains the filing system in the Procurement Department
-Bachelor degree in Business administration, IT, MIS, or Computer related field.
-3 – 5 years’ experience in similar position.
-International certification in procurement is a plus.
-Technical Background is preferable.
-Ability to work independently and with a team.
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in English (oral and written), Hebrew is plus.
-Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
-Valid driving license Professional
