Position:Content Development Specialist
Location:Position base in Jerusalem Office, with frequent travel to the West Bank
Jerusalem ID & a valid driving license
Experience: 2+ Years Junior/Mid-level Experience

-Working closely with other departments to a brief
-Working with third-party applications
-Producing and maintaining article content for websites
-Producing and maintaining article content for social media outlets
-Maintaining landing page content for websites / social media outlets
-On occasion producing concept demos for presentation to senior staff
-Providing recommendations on user experience of the .com websites to the wider team
-Highlighting areas of improvement on design and development of the .com websites
-Ensuring that the .com websites are optimal in terms of design and page load
-Drive strategic development, planning, and production of social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & Twitter
-Conceptualizing, building and managing social media campaigns
-Content creation and management
-Responsible for items catalog Data on web-outlets
-Creating, developing, editing and managing the items content information for the allocated categories of products.
-List the new items and follow the process until it becomes a live item and ready to be used.
-Upload the items new listing, modification information from the category Managers or Market place departments and reviewing uploading and any related issue.
-Item Modifications (add item new info.– correct existed item info.)
-Day to day management of all channels (community management)
-Creating and collating written content from various internal and external sources for use across all social media platforms
-Copywriting for PR/marketing assets and online editorial content
-Work with internal teams and External sources to create standardized brand messaging for all brands.
-Creation of marketing content and feature/benefit statements that support the content standards in collaboration with existing marketing content, catalogue content and auxiliary supplier provided specifications and content.
-Works with merchandising team to ensure compelling and relevant material content is on all product pages and outlets (being print or digital).
-Works with Marketing team to ensure all customers generated content concerns are addressed and corrected as required.
-Working with lead management on Press / Media related content.
-Creates a working environment that is consistent with team vision and goals.
-Perform other duties as required, i.e. communicate with internal and external partners, ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
-Strong visual communications skills.
-Able to tailor content to meet the needs of the customer
-Excellent knowledge and skills in Web, Content Management Systems (CMS), Social Media applications
-Knowledge in conceptual, graphic design, desktop publishing, & layout skills.
-Good understanding of the latest digital marketing trends / tools / policies / procedures
-Excellent analytical skills
-Understanding of HTML, PHP, & CSS2
-Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 an advantage
-Strong knowledge of W3C Standards
-Strong knowledge of working with multiple Internet browsers
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Fluency in written and verbal communication skills (in Both Arabic and English)
-Ability to work to a deadline
-Ability to work well within a team and with other departments
-Ability to work with third-parties an advantage
-Knowledge of Responsive Web Design ideology and frameworks an advantage
-Knowledge of project management systems an advantage
-Good working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Print / Digital Publishing)
-Strong computer literacy in all Microsoft Office software
-Demonstrated fluency in Arabic / English is a must and experienced in content creation, writing, editing (Other languages are preferred)
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management / planning skills
