The incumbent of this position will serve as a senior member of the administration department. The vacancy requires an experienced professional with a proven experience record in a management position. The administrative Director will be in charge of management of resources, strategic, development and financial planning. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Ensure that Administrative operation and HR Practices are consistent and streamlined.
Maintain full and accurate accounting records.
Demonstrated leadership is a must including success in developing, organizing and managing large staff and leading a team through organizational change and process improvement.
Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CEO; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
Prepare detailed reports on financial, human resources and administrative matters.
Approve the Chart of Accounts and maintain commitment controls
Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's administration function and performance.
Participate in strategic, financial, administrative and human resource planning.
Bachelor Degree in accounting (MBA or CPA holders are favored)
Minimum 15 years of progressive relevant experience.
10 years of senior position experience is essential
Hospital experience is strongly desired
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with management and staff in English and Arabic are a must.
Proven business planning and operational management skills
