1. Introduction:

Palestine TechnoPark (PTP) is a nonprofit hub for technology, innovation, and economic empowerment, established in 2016. PTP fosters a collaborative ecosystem where startups, entrepreneurs, and tech professionals thrive through state-of-the-art facilities, networking opportunities, and high-value support services.

Under the "Life at TechnoPark" campaign, we aim to showcase the holistic experience of being a PTP member—not just the physical workspace, but the community, opportunities, and growth that come with it. We seek a creative media and marketing partner to develop and execute a compelling campaign that reflects PTP’s value proposition and attracts potential members.

The campaign should:

  • Highlight the unique advantages of being a PTP member (beyond just workspace), also the use of the space in conference , events. etc .

  • Showcase real stories of startups, entrepreneurs, and professionals thriving at PTP.

  • Strengthen PTP’s brand as the leading organization in Palestine that provides space , community and network .

  • Drive engagement and inquiries from potential members and partners.

3. Scope of Work (SoW)
 

Timeline: 3 months

3.1 Creative Campaign Development

The selected media company will:

  • Propose an innovative campaign to effectively communicate "Life at TechnoPark", compelling creative concept that brings PTP's community and values to life, with defining the campaign's style and tone

  • Determine the optimal mix of content formats to reach target audiences, and recommend content formats (e.g., videos, photos, interactive) 

  • Develop a Outline a production and distribution plan executable within 3 months

3.2 Expected Deliverables

The media company should propose deliverables that may include (but are not limited to):

  • Digital content series showcasing PTP's ecosystem

  • Engaging storytelling formats highlighting member experiences

  • Interactive campaign elements to drive participation, with specifying  key deliverables and timeline outlining  3-month execution strategy

Guidelines for Your Proposal:

✔ Focus: Highlight PTP's community, not just physical spaces
✔ Tone: Professional yet energetic and aspirational
✔ Audience: Startups, freelancers, tech professionals, students. 
 

4. Submission Requirements:

  • Technical proposal including a rough 3-month timeline

  • Financial proposal 

  • Prices should be quoted in Shekels and exclusive of VAT.

  • The company must have a Deduction at source certificate.

  • The company must issue official tax invoices.

  • The quoted prices must be valid for 120 days.
