Background
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a UK-registered charity that has been reaching out to the Palestinian communities, striving to deliver health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. MAP provides immediate medical aid to those in need at times of crisis, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system. MAP’s vision is of a future in which all Palestinians can access an effective, sustainable, and locally led system of healthcare and the full realization of their rights to health and dignity.
MAP aims to strengthen its warehouse management operations across four locations by procuring and deploying a Warehouse Management System (WMS). The system will streamline product inflow/outflow, monitor expiry dates, and support inventory control through a technology-driven solution.
2. Objectives
Implement a centralized WMS to manage stock across Six (6) locations.
Support two (2) licensed system users.
Enable functionality for:
Product stock-in and stock-out
Expiry date tracking
Multi-warehouse management
Role-based user access
Provide Android-based mobile app integration.
Procure required hardware, including barcode scanners and printers.
3. Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
A. Software Solution
Deploy a WMS (either offline or online, based on final selection).
Include mobile Android application for:
Receiving goods
Dispatching goods
Inter-warehouse transfers
Capture fields history/ modified by user/time etc (old value & new value) - available for reporting?
Auto logout after inactivity - timeout customization parameters set-up?
Account lockout for failed login attempts (with admin override
provide access to the system's source code, to help ensure we're not dependent solely on the vendor for updates.
Support 2 users (with the ability to add more if needed).
Scalability for future expansion, either across West Bank or Gaza and Lebanon.
Generate administrative and stock movement reports.
Include expiry date alerts and batch management.
Alerts on low stock/supplies
Multi-warehouse management features with real-time synchronization.
Remote system updates when connectivity allows
B. Training and Support
Provide 3 training sessions within 2 months of contract signing.
Deliver one year of free technical support and maintenance.
Include access to general system upgrades during the first year.

4. Deliverables
Functional WMS system across 4 warehouse locations.
