Background:

Established in 1997, The Association of Palestinian Local Authorities – APLA is an independent institution that brings together all Local Government Units – LGUs across Palestine. APLA’s core mission is to represent the collective interests of LGUs, enhance their capacities through strategic advocacy and lobbying, and promote the exchange of information and best practices. APLA further serves as a channel of dialogue between the central government and LGUs, advocates for the rights of LGUs, and represents them at national, regional, and international levels, with a view to enabling them to improve the quality of services provided to Palestinian citizens.

Audiovisual content plays a vital role in supporting APLA’s mission by visually documenting, promoting, and communicating its advocacy work, programs, and field activities. These materials serve to highlight APLA’s achievements, increase institutional visibility, support donor outreach, and inform the public and its member local authorities, thereby supporting its broader objective of enhancing the capacities of LGUs and advocating for their rights on a global stage.

Main Objective of the Assignment:

To produce high-quality, engaging, and informative audiovisual content that aligns with APLA’s mission, vision, and thematic priorities. This includes social campaigns, documentation of donor-funded projects, field initiatives, press conferences, and animated awareness materials. To this end, APLA seeks to contract a qualified and experienced video production company with strong creative and technical skills to provide professional production services, under a One-Year Framework Agreement.

RFPO’s Conditions:

2. 3. The fees of purchasing the RFPO is (100 $) / nonrefundable, and should be paid in APLA Bank Account.
4. Bank deposit slip for the tender fees is required to be attached with the RFPO.
5. The RFPO’s documents in English may be downloaded from the APLA website (https://www.apla.ps/library), filled, stamped, and submitted by the company.
6. Offers must be hand-submitted in a sealed envelopes and delivered to the Administrative Assistant at the address below on or before 3:00 PM. of 11 May 2025. Late offers will be rejected. Electronic offers will not be permitted.
