Background:

Established in 1997, The Association of Palestinian Local Authorities – APLA is an independent institution that brings together all Local Government Units – LGUs across Palestine. APLA’s core mission is to represent the collective interests of LGUs, enhance their capacities through strategic advocacy and lobbying, and promote the exchange of information and best practices. APLA further serves as a channel of dialogue between the central government and LGUs, advocates for the rights of LGUs, and represents them at national, regional, and international levels, with a view to enabling them to improve the quality of services provided to Palestinian citizens.

Main Objective of the Assignment:

The primary aim of this assignment is to support the Association of Palestinian Local Authorities (APLA) in enhancing its institutional visibility and fostering deeper engagement with key stakeholders—particularly Local Government Unit (LGU) members, participants in APLA’s programs and activities, and other relevant actors—through the provision of high-quality branded materials. These items will serve not only as professional and promotional tools that reflect APLA’s identity and mission but also as instruments that reinforce APLA’s ongoing efforts in capacity building, strengthen the sense of ownership among LGUs, and promote active participation in local governance development.

Based on the above, APLA is seeking for getting a service from a supplier, to “Supply of Promotional Items”.

RFPO’s Conditions:

1. Interested suppliers may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document through the website of APLA at (https://www.apla.ps/library).
2. Clarifications and technical inquiries can be obtained from the Association of Palestinian Local Authorities (APLA), Advocacy & Communication Officer, on mobile no. +970 597 250666, email: [email protected], during office working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM) at the address given below from 11 May 2025 to 25 May 2025.
3. The RFPO’s documents may be downloaded from the APLA website (https://www.apla.ps/library), filled, stamped, and submitted by the supplier.
4. Offers must be hand-submitted in a sealed envelopes and delivered to the Administrative Assistant at the address below on or before 3:00 PM. of 25 May 2025. Late offers will be rejected. Electronic offers will not be permitted.
5. The fees of purchasing the RFPO is (100 $) / nonrefundable, and should be paid in APLA Bank Account.
6. Publishing and advertising fees of the RFPO on who wins the tender.
