Please consider the below notes:
Sealed offers are to be submitted to the UNICEF Office in East Jerusalem (Beit Hanina), before 26 May 2022, 15:00 hrs. Jerusalem time.
Prices should be in Israeli Shekels (NIS) excluding VAT.
Use Annex B for your technical offer, and attached any relevant data sheets, or catalogues.
Use Annex C for your financial offer (pricing sheet)
For technical proposal: Use Annex B, and attached any relevant data sheets, or catalogues it should be as described in the form.
For the Financial proposal: The bidder should use Annex C for your financial offer (pricing sheet)
The validity of offers should be at least 120 days from submitting the offers.
Check the special notes in bid document (page # 26)
The successful tenderer will be informed by UNICEF, in writing, within a period of (30) thirty days from the date of submission of offers. The successful tenderer will then be required to sign the contract and present all requested documents.
The Incoterms will be DAP – UNICEF partners in East Jerusalem and West bank.
