Description :

Enabel is inviting qualified and experienced contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of a new Citizen Service Center (CSC) in the Bethlehem Governorate.

Key Information:

This is a public works contract fully financed by the Belgian Government through Enabel.

The contract includes all construction, finishing, electrical, and mechanical works as specified in the bill of quantities and drawings.

A mandatory site visit will take place on July 1, 2025 at 10:00 AM, meeting point: Beit Sahour Municipality.
