Rehabilitation of Al Diwan Community Garden in Nablus

Scope of work:

Through this RFQ the contracting company is required to implement the assignment of the Rehabilitation of Al Diwan Community Garden in Nablus as per the items detailed in the provided BoQs and according to architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical shop drawings and details. The contracting company will liaise with Nablus municipality, the design firm and HAYA JP team as they will be supervising the implementation and assuring that all the deliverables are produced to the standard of performance.

The Contracting Company is required to perform the assignment within a timeframe of 60 calendar days.

The Contracting Company required to submit regular progress reports to the project supervision and management team.  

The Contracting Company is required to submit up to date shop drawings at the beginning of the assignment, and to submit as built drawings after the final submission of works is approved by the supervision team.

وصف الأعمال:

يجب على المقاول تنفيذ جميع أعمال تأهيل حديقة الديوان في مدينة نابلس بحسب البنود الواردة في جدول الكميات، وبالرجوع إلى المخططات المعمارية، والإنشائية، والميكانيكية والكهربائية. سيعمل المقاول بتنفيذ المشروع بحسب الجودة المعايير المطلوبة بالتنسيق المباشر مع طاقم إشراف المشروع المؤلف من بلدية نابلس، والمكتب المصمم، وطاقم فريق برنامج حياة المشترك.

يجب على المقاول إتمام جميع أعمال تنفيذ المشروع خلال 60 يوم تقويمي من تاريخ أمر المباشرة بالعمل.

يجب على المقاول تسليم تقارير سير العمل الدورة للطاقم المشرف.

يجب على المقاول تسليم مخططات محدثة بعد زيارة الموقع وقبل المباشرة بأعمال التنفيذ, وتسليم مخططات لما تنفيذه على أرض الواقع بعد موافقة لجنة استلام المشروع على جودة المشروع المسلم.

يجب على المقاول الرجوع إلى وثائق العطاء للاطلاع على كافة الأعمال المطلوبة ضمن هذا المشروع
