This services procurement contract consists in the performance of Gaza Reconstruction Planning Team Leader, in conformity with the conditions of these Tender Specifications. The Team Leader will support the Palestinian government to establish a Palestinian national vision for Gaza Reconstruction and its implementation plan, with a detailed post-war master plan for the reconstruction of the damaged physical infrastructure. The Team Leader will also develop a framework for internal and external coordination between the sector ministries, and international stakeholders to assure inclusiveness, efficiency, to minimize overlapping, and analyse the economic situation and set policy recommendations for recovering the economic activities and long term and sustainable job creation and financing., in conformity with the conditions of these Tender Specifications.
