“Upgrading of MA’AN Development Center’s Procurement System ”

Under the project activities of:

Green Palestine: Promoting a sustainable environment for children, their families and communities in Areas B and C of the West Bank

Funded by:

German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)

World Vision International is interested in receiving price offers in response to the above tender based on the following: 

For interested applicant, you can request all documents related to the tender through sending email to ([email protected]) starting from June 23 ,2025, noting that the Working Hours are from Monday to Friday 8-16.  

To apply for the tender, you need to take into consideration the following points:

1. Qualified applicants are only companies.
2. The price offer should be in NIS Excluding VAT.
3. Bidders are required to provide two distinct offers: one for the technical proposal and another for the financial proposal.
4. Interested bidders will receive an email from World Vision International procurement system(Provision), where they need to read all documents and conditions, and submit the offers via this system.
5. The last day for submission offers is July 7, 2025, through the procurement system.
6. World Vision International will evaluate the offers using the Weighted Scoring Method that combines the technical score with the financial Score.
7. The cost of the tender advertisement is at the expense of the winning applicant.
