Printing T-Shirts for PC with Embroidered-Style Artwork
The Palestinian Circus (PC) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization, which was established in 2006 and is registered with the Palestinian Authority since February 2007. By teaching, creating, performing and programming circus arts, the Palestinian Circus School strengthens the creative, social and physical potential of Palestinians, seeking to engage and empower them to become constructive actors in society and raises local and international awareness about the Palestinian potential and its different challenges.
As part of its communication and visibility efforts, PC seeks to print a new set of branded T-shirts that reflect its values and message through artistic designs inspired by embroidery or stitching
1. Objectives
As part of its communication and outreach strategy, PC is seeking a service provider to print, and package a new line of stitched branded T-shirts that reflect the organization’s spirit, values, and identity.
2. Scope Of Work
The selected service provider (designer/printer) will be responsible for:
· Incorporating visual identity elements and colors of the Palestinian Circus.
· Preparing the designs for high-quality printing or embroidery, suitable for cotton T-shirts.
· Printing a total of 250 T-shirts, distributed across the 3 designs and colors (exact breakdown to be determined in coordination with PC).
· Folding and packaging the T-shirts in a format that fits and functions properly within a vending machine.
· Coordinating with PC’s communication team to finalize concepts and production details.
· Delivering the final product to PC headquarters in Birzeit.

4. Technical Requirements
· T-shirts must be high-quality cotton, suitable for screen printing or embroidery.
· Sizes should include a standard range (e.g., S, M, L, XL, 2XL) to be coordinated with PC.
· Final designs must remain visually appealing when the T-shirt is folded inside packaging.
· Packaging must be compact and durable, fitting vending machine dimensions.
· The embroidery/print area must be limited in size, designed to fit proportionally to the shirt size ensuring the design fits neatly on the shirt without occupying a large surface. The design should be clean, focused, and not overly complex, considering both aesthetic and production constraints.
5. Timeframe
This assignment will be implemented starting on the day of signing the contract and ending on the 31st of August 2025.
6. Level Of Effort
Estimated total effort: from design to delivery, within the designated timeframe. Close coordination with PC is expected throughout the process.

7. Other Terms

All tasks are to be prepared in close coordination with the Program Support & Development Department

The supplier must provide a valid deduction at source certificate. If the certificate is not provided, 10% will be deducted from the total amount and submitted to income tax.

The “outputs” of the assignment will be considered as “deliverables” upon the approval of Program Support & Development Department
