Tender Supply and Delivery of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Disposables, Equipment’s, and First Aid Kits

CARE International in West Bank and Gaza is an international, nonprofit, organization committed to fighting global poverty and delivering emergency aid in times of humanitarian crisis.

CARE Palestine WBG is implementing  mobile clinic project  in Jenin Governorate under the west bank Gaza  emergency response  that serve the people displaced from the camps and part of the area C needy localities, CARE Palestine WBG and the Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS) are partnering to ensure essential quality health services for the most vulnerable people residing in the most marginalized communities of Area C in the West Bank and the displaced families, CARE WBG and PMRS aim to create a sustainable impact, addressing both immediate healthcare needs and the broader context of health emergencies and protection challenges in the West Bank.

CARE International WBG would like to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of:

            LOT 1: PHARMACEUTICALS

            LOT 2: MEDICAL DISPOSABLES

            LOT 3: MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

            LOT 4: FIRST AID KIT

And who have experience in supplying delivering of the mentioned supply above, in accordance with the terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) presented within the tender.

Specific conditions:

1-    Prices should be provided in USD Excluding VAT.

2-    This is a multi-lot RFQ. Suppliers can submit price offers for any items within a Lot. It is not mandatory to price all items in the same Lot for the offer to be considered valid.

3-    CARE reserves the right to split the same lot between more than one supplier.

4-    The supplier will be liable for the shipment and transportation coordination to the agreed delivery location.

5-    CARE reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity.

All interested suppliers may obtain a copy of the tender documents by sending an email with the subject line "CARE-WBG-FY25-SA0038" to [email protected], no later than May 12th, 2025.

Deadline for Bids Submission

On or before Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at 15:00 O’clock Note: Late bids will be rejected

Bid Security

Value: 5% of total bid price.

Validity: May 20th, 2025. August 19th, 2025

Format: Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheques. Cash or personal cheques are not accepted.

Means of Submission

Sealed bids envelope addressed and submitted to CARE International WBG.

To receive the RFQ documents kindly send an email with the following subject " CARE-WBG-FY25- SA0038”" to the following email: [email protected] no later than 12th of May 2025.

Quotations will be accepted until 3:00 PM Palestine time 20th of May 2025 delivered by sealed envelope to CARE Ramallah office, At Ramallah, Al Tireh, next to the Chinese embassy, no later than the above specified date, with subject “CARE-WBG-FY25- SA0038”
