SOS Children’s Villages Palestine invites experienced consultants, research firms, and institutions to submit technical and financial proposals for conducting a comprehensive Needs Assessment in the Northern West Bank.

SOS Palestine is expanding its humanitarian and child protection response through Direct Family Empowerment (DFE) and Emergency Response Projects (ERP). This assessment will evaluate:
● The needs of vulnerable children and families
● Existing care services and their capacity
● Community assets and stakeholder landscape
● Recommendations for strategic intervention
The findings will inform SOS's 2026–2028 strategy in supporting children at risk of losing parental care and those in alternative care settings.
Technical Proposal:

Financial Proposal:
● In ILS (excluding VAT)
● Detailed cost breakdown
