Monitoring and Evaluation Assignment

Strengthening Sustainable Livelihoods in Rural Areas III
Monitoring and Evaluation Assignment
Public Tender nr. 83493779
The “Strengthening of Sustainable Livelihoods in Rural Areas III” (Livelihood III) project, implemented by GIZ with the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture and funded by BMZ, aims to enhance the economic resilience of vulnerable agricultural populations in the northern West Bank. The project supports smallholder farmers through entrepreneurial development, gender-sensitive agricultural extension, and climate-adapted, resource-conserving farming practices.
To support effective tracking of project progress, GIZ seeks an experienced contractor to develop a comprehensive results-based monitoring (RBM) framework, including project-specific and standard indicators, and to conduct a midterm (by May 2026) and endline (by June 2027) evaluation reports. The assignment includes data collection, analysis, and reporting aligned with GIZ’s RBM standards. Locally registered firms with expertise in monitoring and evaluation, agriculture, and data systems are invited to submit proposals.
Within this context, Livelihood III Project seeks qualified locally registered service providers to carry out this assignment and hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for providing needed services.
