Invitation to open tender Bid – Medical Spectacles Providers West bank and Jerusalem

St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital is seeking qualified supplier/s to provide medical spectacles with different specifications to patients in different locations in the West bank and Jerusalem (north, south and middle areas). as per below list:

1. Interested candidates can purchase the tender document from the finance Department, at the premises of the Hospital in Shaikh Jarrah – Jerusalem or Kufur Aqab Center near to Samiramis junction, Adam tower floor 8, no later than Tuesday 06/05/2025 at 02:00 pm.
2. Kindly note that the last day for bid offer submission is Tuesday 13/05/2025 at 02:00 pm by hand and e-mail to the above-mentioned address and a digital soft copy (in Excel format) of their offer to be sent by CD or flash memory.

General Notes:

• Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelope and digital format by e-mail/CD/Flash memory.
• The tender documents is FREE of charge.
• The Hospital is not obliged to accept the lowest price.
• Prices should be offered in NIS and Vat inclusive.
