Supply and Delivery of Medical Equipment

CARE International in West Bank and Gaza is an international, nonprofit, organization committed to fighting global poverty and delivering emergency aid in times of humanitarian crisis.

With funding from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), CARE Palestine West Bank/ Gaza (WBG) is implementing health project entitled “Increasing Health and Resilience to CoViD-19 and similar crises in Palestine – WB & Gaza”. This project aims to boost community resilience and improve awareness against communicable and non-communicable diseases, and ensure preventative measures, with a particular focus on women and vulnerable groups. It also seeks to prepare for and cope with the impact of COVID-19 and future similar crises.  Additionally, it aims to strengthen the healthcare providers’ capacity to confront and endure future emergency situations more effectively, such as the outbreak of a new COVID-19 strain or another communicable disease. It is implemented in 6 locations (Ramallah, Hebron, Jenin, Tubas, Khan-Younes, North Gaza).

CARE International WBG would like to invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers who are officially registered locally in the field of medical Supplies and who have experience in supplying delivering of Medical Equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) presented within the tender.

Suppliers may quote for any item in the BOQs under this invitation, given that all items within BOQ MUST be priced individually.

Each item will be evaluated and awarded separately to the lowest responsive supplier (An advantage will be given to suppliers who could deliver immedietly). Given that, CARE International WBG has the right to increase/decrease the quantities without any additional cost or drop any or all quantities mentioned in the BOQ in this tender, and/or to award each item/BOQ totally or partially. 

All interested suppliers may obtain a copy of the tender documents by sending an email with the subject line "CARE-WBG-FY25-SA0043" to [email protected], no later than May 22nd, 2025 until 14:00.

Deadline for Bids Submission: On or before Sunday, May 25th, 2025, at 15:00 O’clock Note: Late bids will be rejected

Bid Security:

Value: 5% of total bid price.

Validity: 3 moths from submission date.

Format: Bid Security in the form of bank guarantee or certified Cheques. Cash or personal cheques are not accepted.

Means of Submission: Sealed bids envelope addressed and submitted to CARE International WBG secured “Bid Box”
