Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to partner with a creative marketing agency to provide strategic and innovative marketing and
branding solutions. This agency would work closely with seven tech companies selected by GSG(Gaza Sky Geeks), located in
both the West Bank and Gaza strip, the expected deliverables:

1. Meeting with companies
2. Prepare needs assessment report
3. Create marketing strategies
4. Brand strategy and positioning
5. Social media content, and creative production.
6. Coaching and training services
7. Campaigns and social media management
8. SEO & digital visibility.
9. Final report. All of these activities should be completed between July 20th and November 30th, 2025, and the end date of the contract will be February 1st 2026, to facilitate the payment process.

The project is located at West Bank and Gaza Strip.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link: [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders
2. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps office: 6th Floor, Al Bardouni Building – Ramallah.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by June 18, 2025 in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form to

[email protected] with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

3. Or Return completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps office: 6th Floor, Al Bardouni Building – Ramallah. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
