“Legal Services for Company Registration in the KSA”

For the Benefit of a Marketing and Public Relations Company Located in Palestine / Ramallah

The Trade Facilitation and Customs Support Program (Tasdeer) is a UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) initiative (Contract No. PO10054), implemented in the West Bank and Gaza. The programme aims to enhance the competitiveness of the Palestinian private sector and strengthen the Palestinian Authority’s capacity in the areas of trade, customs, and import policy regulation and administration. Tasdeer supports sustainable, private sector-led economic growth and job creation across the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The programme also contributes to the fiscal sustainability of the Palestinian Authority and promotes equitable access to trade and improved institutional capacity.

Tasdeer is currently inviting proposals from eligible and qualified offerors to provide:

Request for Proposal (RFP): for “Legal Services for Company Registration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) (For the benefit of a marketing and public relations company located in Ramallah”

Eligibility Criteria:

- Be a legally registered entity.

- Submit a valid company profile and certificate of registration.

Evaluation Process:

The evaluation will be based on both technical and financial proposals. The bidding committee reserves the right to reject the lowest financial bid and may cancel or postpone the tender process without providing justification.
