The Union of Charitable Societies – Jerusalem (UCS), with funding from the European Union (EU), invites qualified IT consultancy firms to submit proposals for the design and development of a digital platform under the project: “Civil Society Empowerment for Social Change in Jerusalem: Strengthening Grassroots Networks and Partnerships.”

 Eligibility & Application Process

Interested firms with relevant expertise are requested to:

• Submit a Letter of Interest, including a company profile/CV and a valid registration certificate, via email to: [email protected].

• Upon approval, UCS will share the full Terms of Reference (TOR) and tender documentation for further steps.

 Key Conditions

• Offers must be submitted in euros (excluding VAT, in accordance with the project's tax-exempt status).

• The tenderer should issue an official invoice and submit a valid deduction-at-source certificate.

• Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for 90 days after the submission deadline

• UCS reserves the right to not select the lowest-priced bid.

• Non-compliant or late submissions will be disqualified.
