Enabel, the Belgian development agency, invites qualified service providers to submit tenders for the development of an AI-driven job matching platform under the “Pathways to Employment in Palestine” programme.

This service procurement is divided into two lots:

● Lot 1: Development of the Core Job Matching Platform

● Lot 2: Development and Integration of the AI Engine

The contract involves full platform design, deployment, testing, and one year of post-deployment support. Tenderers may apply for one or both lots.
