Anar is a not-for-profit organization situated in Bethlehem, Palestine. Our work is centered on advancing the psychosocial wellbeing and resilience of children who have been impacted by violence and oppression. We are committed to improving the lives of these children through various programs and interventions that prioritize their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Overview

Anar for Empowerment and Psychosocial Support aims to develop a comprehensive, centralized online database system to enhance the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. This database will support various functions, including program and project implementation, human resources (HR), procurement, and other key organizational processes.

The system is designed to:

· Improve data collection and management across all operational areas.

· Facilitate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of programs and projects.

· Streamline administrative and operational workflows, ensuring seamless coordination and decision-making.

By integrating these functions into a single platform, Anar seeks to strengthen its capacity to deliver impactful services and ensure sustainable growth.

Application Submission

Applications must be submitted in a closed, signed, and stamped envelope by hand to Anar’s Office no later than 3rd December 2024.
