Business Skills Trainer - Core Business Skills Training Program

Turquoise Mountain is seeking a team of skilled and experienced trainers to deliver a 4-day Core Business Skills Training Program in Nablus, targeting 10-15 rural Palestinian women artisans. These women include home-based business owners, small workshop artisans, and emerging entrepreneurs with limited formal business experience. 

The training will cover four essential topics, with each trainer responsible for one day/session based on their area of expertise: 

1. Business Foundations & Planning (including Business Models) 

2. Financial Management principles 

3. Marketing strategies  

4. Digital Marketing practices  

The objective is to equip participants with practical knowledge and tools to improve the management, efficiency, and sustainability of their small businesses. Trainers are expected to deliver engaging, hands-on sessions that respond to the specific needs and realities of rural artisans.

Contract Duration
