Partner Support is the bridge between our partners and our mutual customers. Your role is the expert in partner relations to deliver great customer experiences. You guide partners through commercials and system practices. This team improves existing processes, and moves fast to keep up with the market needs.
- Manage an organized pipeline of new partners, and keep it moving.
- Consult with new accounts to ensure they are growing their business with Yamsafer.
- Introduce hotel accounts to Yamsafer Extranet features
- Keep your boots on the ground to track customer and partner experiences.
- Ensure great customer experiences delivery with developing business practices
- Resolve customer complaints and errors with partners
- Pick up on trends and put in place prevention actions for potential mishaps.
- Make sure our partners provide their guests with all booking information before booking.
- Make sure the customer's expectation aligns with what our partner is offering.
- Create help material including written articles and videos to streamline FAQs. All of our help material is written by our Supply Team.
