Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development Manager to support our growth ambitions at Startup Falcon, Inc. Candidates should have the right blend of analytical talent and business know-how. We are especially looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, as you'll be expected to interact with shareholders, executives, and clients on a daily basis.

Startup Falcon is an AI-powered valuation calculator tool that helps early-stage startups estimate their Pre-Money Valuation by describing the qualitative aspects of their ideas. The platform also provides accelerators and incubators with specific industry and country statistics to make superior investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

-Have sound knowledge and understanding of the businesses' services.
-Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new leads.
-Create marketing content for communication with potential users.
-Influence startups to use the platform by creating online demos.
-Communicate and build long-term relations with incubators, accelerators, and startups.
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
-Develop and deliver pitch decks and business plans.
-Regularly generate insights from business operations and analyze areas for improvement.
-Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
-Perform financial valuation and analysis for potential startups.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Requirements:

BA Degree in Finance, Business, or any other related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience
You must be a native English speaker.
Experience in running startups is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
An in-depth knowledge of the industry and current events.
The ability to travel as needed.
