Administrative/ Accounting Assistant  

الوصف الوظيفي
  1. Work with outside immigration attorneys to coordinate new and renewal work permits for USA expats. Assist with completing required applications, track progress and manage related documentation.
  2. Provide general office administrative support for ongoing operation.
  3. Gather and organize relevant data for VAT filings for submission to Tax authorities.
  4. Work with USA home office scheduling invoice payments.
  5. Update/ keep current various projects schedules including travel, vacation, contracts.  
  6. Work with USA travel office coordinating project travel requirements.
  7. Work with local transportation provider scheduling trips to meetings and airport pickups.
  8. Prepare monthly project operations report.

Key Requirements:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in the mentioned position.
  2. Be able to work in Tel Aviv.
  3. Fluent in English and Hebrew.
  4. Holder of Jerusalem ID.
