Job Title: PR and Administrative Coordinator
-To assist the management in overall Fundrasing, Public Relations, and Administraion.
-Office management and logistics.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Organizing media coverage and interviews with clowns, staff members, sponsors, and artists.
-Gathering and distributing of all press cuts.
-Build up a photo and press archives.
-Assist Managing Director in writing contents and texts.
-Manage all social media channels.
-Update and follow up on the website.
-Follow up with all communication channels according to the branding strategy.
-Assist Managing Director in writing concept notes and project proposals.
-Organize meetings with sponsors and possible donors.
-Build up a data base.
-Coordinate the clowns activities at promotion and sponsor events.
-Prepare materials for Fundrasing events and meetings.
-Managing office logistics.
-Keep track of petty cash.
-Organize staff meetings.
-Holding BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or any related field.
-The ability to work with multi-cultural environment.
-Understanding of PR and FR.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Well-organized, able to work with deadlines.
-An analytical mind with attention to detail.
-Good organizational skills.
-Knowledge of video production and editing is a plus.
-Knowledge of databases and design software (e.g. Photoshop) is a plus.
Working conditions :
It is an office based full time job in Bethlehem, with requirement to travel around the West Bank when needed.
