-Degree in business administration, commerce, management, or operations management.
-Five years’ experience in organizational effectiveness & operations management
-Strong Information technology skills is a plus
-Strong delegation & team work & conflict management
-Strong communication, influencing & leading skills,
-Jerusalem ID card & a valid driving license
